Integration Steps:

Phase 1: Anthuria User Account Setup in PointClickCare

Objective: Grant Anthuria the necessary access to your PCC environment.

  1. Add [email protected] as a User:

    • Log in to your PointClickCare account using an administrator account.

    • Navigate to the User Management section. This location may vary depending on your PCC version.

    • Create a new user account with the following details:

      • Email Address: [email protected]

      • Permissions: Assign either "Administrator" or "MDS" permissions. These permissions are crucial for Anthuria to access required data.

    • For detailed instructions, refer to the official PointClickCare documentation: https://traycard.pointclickcare.com/menus_shared/help/en/creating-and-managing-users.html

  2. Notification:

    • Once the user account is created, please notify Anthuria at [email protected] to share the credentials created.

*Important: If you already have PCC's Data Relay service, you need only complete this first step and we will take care of the rest. If you do not have Data Relay please complete step 2.

Phase 2: PointClickCare Data Relay Service Activation

Objective: Enable secure data transfer from your PCC system to Anthuria.

  1. Initiate Data Relay Process:

    • Submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA):

      • Prepare a formal Letter of Authorization addressed to PointClickCare.

      • Clearly state your organization's intent to authorize Anthuria for data relay.

      • Specify Anthuria as the designated party for data access.

      • Include your organization's name, PCC account details, and contact information.

      • Submit the LOA to your PointClickCare account manager or designated contact.

  2. PointClickCare Processing:

    • PMO and Project Number Assignment:

      • PointClickCare will assign a Project Management Office (PMO) and a unique Project Number to your integration project.

    • SFTP Database Credentials:

      • PointClickCare will provide you with login credentials for the designated database on their Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) server.

  3. Credential Sharing and Database Management:

    • Share Credentials:

      • Securely share the provided SFTP database credentials with your internal database administration team.

    • Database Administration:

      • Your database administration team will manage database access and ensure secure data transfer.

  4. Anthuria Notification:

    • Once the SFTP credentials have been received and shared with your database administration team, please notify [email protected].

Phase 3: Integration Activation and Onboarding

Objective: Initiate data transfer and ensure a smooth transition to live integration.

  1. Anthuria Ticket Submission:

    • Once Phases 1 and 2 are completed and confirmed by your team, the Anthuria team will submit a data relay and full backup ticket to PointClickCare (PCC) support. This step officially initiates the data transfer process.

  2. PointClickCare Processing and Data Transfer:

    • PCC support will process the ticket and activate the data relay and full backup.

    • Once PCC provides confirmation that the data relay and backup are active, the integration will go live within 1-3 business days.

  3. Integration Live Notification:

    • The Anthuria team will contact you to confirm that the integration is live.

  4. User Setup and Training:

    • The Anthuria team will assist you with adding any necessary users to the Anthuria platform.

    • Anthuria will schedule an onboarding workshop to familiarize your team with the platform's features and functionalities, ensuring you can effectively utilize the integrated data.
