Released July 7th, 2026

Regional View is now live in beta, which means the feature is available to all Anthuria customers, and we are actively learning from how regional directors and multi-facility teams use it. We look forward to your feedback and to hearing how we can make this more helpful and useful for you.

You will see a Beta label on the Regional View screen inside the app. You can share feedback by replying to this article, messaging us in the chat, or reaching out to your Anthuria contact directly.

Regional directors oversee multiple facilities, but the tools available were built for a coordinator working one patient at a time inside one building. Understanding what is happening across a whole region meant opening each facility separately and piecing the picture together by hand. Reimbursement gaps and coding issues that a regional director could have caught went unnoticed between visits.

Anthuria now gives you that picture in one screen.

What's new

See your whole region at a glance
The top of Regional View shows network-level totals: how many facilities you are viewing, total Medicare-A census, blended Medicare CMI, and the dollar opportunity sitting in assessments that are not yet finalized. Below that, a snapshot card for each facility shows Medicare CMI and Nursing CMI side by side, a breakdown of open, done, and submitted assessments, and the estimated dollar opportunity per day for that building.

Filter down to exactly what needs attention
Use the Status, ARD, and PDPM gap filters to cut the list to what matters right now: assessments with an IPA opportunity, a specific coding gap like GG not coded or HIPPS incomplete, or anything due in the next 7, 14, or 30 days.

Every open assessment, sorted by urgency, across every facility
The assessment list pulls every active assessment across your selected facilities into one table, sorted by ARD date. Each row shows the patient, facility, payer, assessment type and status, ARD and due date color-coded by urgency, HIPPS code once complete, and the estimated rate per day.

Click into any assessment for the full PDPM picture
Click a row to open a side panel showing the assessment details, a PDPM breakdown across all five components (PT, OT, SLP, Nursing, NTA), and section coding status for every MDS section. Where Anthuria's calculated value differs from what is coded in PCC, a gap flag shows both numbers side by side so you can see exactly where the difference is.

Compare against the prior assessment without leaving the panel
Every assessment now shows its prior MDS type, ARD, HIPPS code, and NTA points right next to the current one, with a Changed or Same badge so you can spot a shift in classification immediately.

See where the money is leaking, network-wide
Switch to the Data tab for network-level reimbursement trends, HIPPS and GG completion rates by facility, and a breakdown of NTA-weighted diagnoses that have not yet been captured in MDS coding, with the facility carrying the largest gap called out. A PDPM tier distribution chart shows where your patients are clustering across PT/OT, SLP, Nursing, and NTA, which can flag when a facility's coding pattern does not match its clinical complexity.

How to get started

Open Regional View from the main menu. Use the All Facilities dropdown at the top of the page to choose which facilities you want to see, then use the List and Data toggles in the top right to move between the assessment list and the network-level metrics.

What we want to hear from you

Because this is a beta, we want direct feedback from regional directors and multi-facility teams using it day to day. Specifically:

  • Are the network summary numbers and per-facility snapshots giving you what you need at a glance, or is something missing?

  • Are the PDPM gap flags landing on real coding differences, or are they off?

  • Is the Data tab surfacing the right reimbursement and completion trends for your region?

  • Anything in the workflow that does not match how you actually manage a multi-facility portfolio?

Reach out to your Anthuria contact or message us in the chat. If you would like to schedule a walkthrough, please email us at [email protected] and we will be in touch. We look forward to hearing how we can make this more helpful and useful for you.
