Released June 18th, 2026

ADR is currently in beta, which means the feature is live and available to all Anthuria customers, and we are actively learning from how real teams use it. We look forward to your feedback and to hearing how we can make this more helpful and useful for you.

You will see a Beta label on the ADR queue, intake wizard, and packet header inside the app. You can share feedback by replying to this article, messaging us in the chat, or reaching out to your Anthuria contact directly.

When a Medicare audit letter arrives, the clock starts. Your facility typically has 30 to 45 days to assemble every document that supports the claim being questioned: the MDS, nursing progress notes, therapy documentation, physician orders, and more, and submit them in a coherent packet. Until now, that meant manually pulling records from multiple systems and organizing them under deadline pressure.

Anthuria now does that work for you.

What's new

Your Medicare documentation packet is ready before the letter arrives
For every active Medicare stay, Anthuria automatically assembles the supporting clinical documentation into an audit packet at MDS close. Documents are organized into separate bins. The MDS assessment has its own bin, as do progress notes and other source documents pulled from PCC. When an ADR letter comes in, the packet is already built. You are not starting from scratch.

See what is missing before the auditor does
The packet view flags documentation gaps: documents that should be present for the stay but have not been collected yet. If something is missing, you can upload it directly from the wizard without leaving the workflow. Identify and address gaps before you finalize, not after.

Enter the ADR and let Anthuria find the evidence
Use the ADR intake wizard to upload the audit letter. Anthuria extracts the auditor's specific questions and highlights the relevant passages across your supporting documents, keyed to each ask. A coverage chart in the wizard shows how completely your packet addresses each ask before you move to review.

Review and edit every highlight
The review surface shows your supporting documents with Anthuria-placed highlights alongside the auditor's checklist. You have full control: move a highlight, resize it, or delete it entirely if it does not belong. Nothing is locked , the Anthuria gives you a starting point, you make the final call.

Write your cover narrative in the platform
A built-in editor lets you draft and edit the cover letter narrative directly in Anthuria. You can regenerate a starting draft or write from scratch. The narrative stays attached to the ADR and updates as you edit.

Finalize and download a submission-ready PDF
When your review is complete, finalize the packet. Anthuria assembles a single PDF combining the cover, all supporting documents, and the highlighted passages burned in , ready to submit to the auditor. A snapshot of the packet is saved so you have a record of exactly what was sent.

How to get started

Open any Medicare stay in Anthuria and select the Audit tab. If your facility has received an ADR letter, use the intake wizard to enter it now. If not, the packet view shows you what documentation is already on file for that stay.

What we want to hear from you

Because this is a beta, we want direct feedback from coordinators using it on real ADRs. Specifically:

  • Are the right documents showing up in the packet, or are things missing?

  • Are the Anthuria highlights landing on the right passages, or are they off?

  • Is the cover narrative a useful starting point, or does it need more work?

  • Anything in the workflow that does not match how you actually respond to an ADR?

Reach out to your Anthuria contact or message us in the chat. If you would like to schedule a walkthrough, please email us at [email protected] and we will be in touch. We look forward to hearing how we can make this more helpful and useful for you.
